Functional components

Irisa offers a one-stop shop for all the key components to develop, run, maintain, monitor, and administrate multimedia business services :

· Standard tools : Audiotex, Videotex, Minitel, etc.

· A development environment to facilitate the rapid development of multimedia applications. It ensures close integration with the core services, maintaining the common look and feel approach and the media independence. This includes:

· A graphic editor for object–oriented applications

· An automatic generator producing standard ANSI C code

· A library of 300 standard objects : HTML, WAP, Audiotex, Videotex, Fax, ACD, CTI, SNMP, SMS, E115, X25, X29, VideoPad, THI, Lecam, etc.

· A set of APIs and classes accessible through programming languages (C/C++, Java, etc.)

· Many examples showing implementations of different media and services

· Administrative tools : installation, supervision, statistics, SNMP, etc.
